[SaF] Looking for a strategy game

Hello friends,
I'm looking for a strategy game like Billionaire. It's such a kind of
game that the player try to own more lot, construct more building and
finally defeat the opponent. It's a game played in my childhood.( Of
course not a e-game.) I've downloaded Billionaire 2.8. But it's not
good enough. Of course I wish it's a shareware or freeware.
