These are all LISTSERV mailing lists. You can attempt to get
information by sending a message addressed to:

LISTSERV@<HOST SERVER ADDRESS>

...and typing in the Body of your message:

INFO <Listname>

Example:

TO: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
BODY: INFO H-ASIA

LISTSERV's do not always have good info files. I often think Majordomo
owners do a better job of providing non-subscribers info about the
lists. However, for LISTSERV's, one could try and find information
about the list at the Catalist site:

http://www.lsoft.com/lists/listref.html

For example, I find the H-ASIA page here:

http://www.lsoft.com/scripts/wl.exe?SL1=H-ASIA&H=H-NET.MSU.EDU

It says that for more information, we could look at the list
configuration:

http://www.lsoft.com/scripts/wl.exe?SL2=1004&R=110
&[EMAIL PROTECTED]

Note: The above URL is actually one continuous line and should be
entered into your browser's address box as one line.

Unfortunately, as I alluded, this LISTSERV list gives very little
information. All it says is "H-Net list for Asian History and Culture"

The other two lists might give you more information.
