Most mailing list search engines (Liszt, Tile.net, PAML) will include
newsletters, zines, journals, etc., along with discussion lists.
There are a few services that specialize in newsletters and other
one way e-publications.
(1) The NewJour site of Electronic Journals and Newsletters is the most
prestigious site of it's kind. It's listings tend to be more for the
scholarly and professional, but they also have lighter fair as well.

You might wish to subscribe to their newsletter of announcements of new
journals and newsletters. Recommended.
(2) The Low Bandwidth site lists various newsletters. I believe they
list about 80 newsletters.

I am going to list a few more sites that are basically database and
search sites for newsletters, but these sites always seemed to have
more of a marketing purpose, than a service to the Internet community.
You know everyone has to make money on the web, these days. Still you
can subscribe to some good lists at these sites.
InfoJump:

The World E-zine Library:

Ezine Seek:

This latter site is affiliated with that List-Universe site that I had
given bad reviews for, the other day. :-)
And lastly, be sure and check into ONElist.com and eGroups.com when you
are seeking a newsletter for a particular topic. The odds would nearly
always be great that those two sites would have something close to your
requirements. You can search those two sites from your SeeknFind list
web page. See the section for the mailing list search engines:
