(I guess that tells you all you need to know about my thought of the product - intentionally misspelled it !} Try here: http://www.mcc.com.au/wow/index.htm Which is Woody's Office Watch Along with the Outlook issue reported earlier, probably the worst culprit for time wasting when Office is installed is Findfast. It is supposed to keep an updated index as you do things so that you can open any file fast. Unfortunately, it wastes more time than it gains it. Look on your Control Panel and see if Findfast is there - then open it and delete the index. This is the "feature" that constantly seeks on your hard drive, CD & floppy drives - even when nothing is happening. Have you been there just sitting and you see or hear the hard disk spinning?
