I have to personally take exception to the Preview Travel link listed. This is purely personal experience...but in my opinion this 'agency" was a bad selection on my part. They did not follow through with any part of their part of the deal even though the tickets were paid for in full 45 days before the fight date. They were alwoys going to "take care" of everything and never did. Then when I had to ask a friend to pay for another ticket for my daughter (16) when the ticket was not at the airline at the moment of departure...they never repaid me for that one! So I paid for 2 tickets and got only one at a higher price for which I was never reimbursed despite numerous communications both by mail and by phone. I don't think it's worth suing over $150, but it was very upsetting for my daughter not to have a way back home and no parent with her at the time. No way I'd deal with these people again!
