Where can I read the american constitution in internet?
Was it in internet also translated in German?
There is now a discussion in Germany to write it in the German
constitution that the chancelor can be voted altogether max for 10
years, and to make it impossible as Helmut Kohl did - for 16 years.
As I know the american president can be voted altogether max for 8
years. Where does it written? In the constitution?
