I don't know whether it is common practice or not, but my ISP provides a URL
which gives access to e-mail from anywhere, with no adverts to worry about.
All you need to access the e-mail is your user name and normal password.
There is no extra charge for this service. This ISP is in the UK, but there
must be others who do the same.
