Woody Guthrie?!? <Grrrr>

Ah, Karlo, why didn't you mention that in the first place? Not only do
we need to know the artist you are seeking, but it would have helped
had you made it clear that "Prism" was a record label, rather than a
rock group.
<sigh>
What I am now finding about Prism Records was that it was a bootleg
operation that recorded old copyrighted material onto CD's. The
company was shut down some years ago.
A guy named Mike Bahr was keeper of the flame with a site all about
Prism records, but as you can see now, these URL's cannot be found:
http://www.goodnet.com/~durnik/
http://www.goodnet.com/~durnik/prism.html
I am beginning to smell a trail of lawyers here, for I bet a pile of
used cd's that lawyers have removed those sites.
See if the following e-mail address for Mike Bahr is still good and if
by some miracle it is still good, then ask him where your Prism #427
might be:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
Hmmm...back in 1995 he had this address: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Maybe he keeps that username for all addresses...
No...but I am going to take a wild guess that this guy:
http://www.tequila.demon.co.uk/mike_bahr_mailto.htm
...is that same dude as this guy today:
http://mikebahr.tripod.com/photo.htm
If you agree they look alike, adding a few years to the second picture,
then write this address and ask him if he was the Mike Bahr that
maintained the Prism Records bootleg site a few years ago.
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
This might be another and better address for him:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
Okay, that is as far as I am going with this. We don't promote the
illegal sale of copyright material on SeeknFind, however the thrill of
the hunt supercedes list morality, sometimes. :-)
