Good Morning, The exec committee has been considering the idea of putting a workshop together for the SEG conference in Denver in 2021. Traditionally, workshops are only held every second year with the next one(s) lined up for 2022, but the SEG seems quite receptive to increasing mining content and we feel that a workshop would serve the community well. Workshop proposals are due at the SEG by December 15th. We would need a bit of time before that to find a champion for the topic and ensure that we can get enough good quality content. This means that we need to come up with a topic for the workshop very soon. If anyone has any suggestions or would be willing to help organize the workshop, please let us know within the next two weeks (sooner is better).
