Hi All, Some of you will be aware that Alan and I have hosted a (non-definitive) list of drone-based magnetometry contractors on the Reid Geophysics website since August 2017. The current list dates from September 2019, and can be downloaded using the following link:
http://www.reid-geophys.co.uk/download-pdf/ With the recent upsurge in drone-based surveys using magnetic as well as other geophysical sensors, I am not able to do justice to such a list on a pro bono basis. So, with some reluctance, I will be discontinuing our list at the end of 2020. For those interested in drone-based geophysics, I would recommend the latest issue of Fast Times (currently available at https://www.eegs.org/latest-issue) and the recent SEG Summit on Drone Geophysics, held online from 4-6 November (https://seg.org/Events/Summit-on-Drone-Geophysics). It remains an area of geophysical endeavour worth watching.
