Although I do not have a direct need of these services, I'm still happy to see

I have the MTNet list set up so that replies go by default to the sender, not
the list.
Perhaps those who manager the SEGMIN list can be asked to set it the same way?
In mailman it's simply setting the "reply_goes_to_list" to "Poster" and not
"This list" on the "General Options" page.
But we do often talk about companies and capabilities on this list - are we
now excluding such discussion?
