Dear Vivek,
you can write a small script or program for this, we don't have a simple
tool for that included, perhaps someone else has? As it is such a small
program, we should include in next version. However, rdseed2seisan would
write out the station file, see manual for details, so if you have
dataless seed or seed you can extract the coordinates.
