i actually did include the executable, just called it .pro since some mail
servers will reject .exe. the complilers for windwos seisan are free gnu
compilers, see seisan manual how to.

the makehin program must be replaced. for windows users, the
executable is included, called makehin.pro. you have to rename
to makehin.exe and put in PRO. for other users, the new souce
code makehin.for is included. put in PRO and recompile makehin.
