we have a short-term (3-6 months) job vacancy to work on processing of
earthquake data as part of the Norwegian National Seismic Network
operation. This may be an opportunity during the early career or for
students to gain practical experience with the processing of earthquake
data. If you receive this and can think of a suitable candidate, I
appreciate if you can forward to someone who is not on this mailing list.
The job requires to work in Bergen, Norway, we will provide salary and
cover cost of travel. The two main requirements are knowledge of SEISAN
and observational earthquake seismology. We have no formal job

first and then we decide based on background and CV. The time window for
this employment is for part of November 2024-June 2025.
