The magnitude is normally coda magnitude. If no coda magnitude, the first
stored magnitude on header line is used. The - between the numbers in south or
west.
I do not think you should use hypsum.out, if you want a compact file, use
'norhead' or to select out desired information in a nice format use 'report'

Dear Seisan Forum,
The same problem is here the magnitude in the hypsum.out is zero, as

I hope this email finds you well

I have obtained the HYP output and I noted that the hypsum.out does not reflect
the correct information from nordic s-file. For example the magnitudes are not
same.

Hypsum.out:

Date Origin Lat Long Depth Mag No Gap Dmin Rms Erh Erz
Erx Cvxy Cvxz Cvyz Oterr
220502 0344 47.01-17-12.64 -65-42.74 15.5 0.0 9 242 29.4 0.30 19.4 29.7
11.1 0.172E+03-0.308E+03-0.450E+03 0.820E+00
220502 0801 24.78-17-12.35 -66-20.15 2.3 0.0 8 196 10.8 0.08 2.1 3.7
1.1 0.144E+01 0.999E+00 0.395E+01 0.325E+00

The magnitudes are 0.0 which is not real in comparison with ours S-files.

Furthermore, the latitude and longitude includes the "-" sign in the middle of
the numbers.

Would it be possible to fix this bug?

Stay safe and best regards,

Tonino
