Hi,

I'm doing a project digitising old paper seismograms and have hit a weird issue
with mulplt.

When reading in a mseed file with a year prior to 1970 mulplt just stops at the
stage it should open the waveview window.

I can look at the data by altering the header to be a later year. 1969 fails
1971 opens.

This is a mseed problem - I can use wavetool to convert to SEISAN and open the
resulting file fine.

Unfortunately I need mseed for storage as there are gaps in the data every
minute where the minute marks on the record are.

I've had a look at the code but the only epoch I can find is 1900 - any ideas
of where to look for the solution to this would be very welcome.

Thank you,

Richard.
