Title: trouble running google-test-xmlrpc.rb
Just as a follow-up, is
anyone actually using XP pro SP2 + selenium server 0.3.0 + IE6 + ruby to drive their web testing?  If not, can anyone suggest an alternate configuration of testing web applications remotely from the XP+IE setup?

thanks again,
Tony Semana

Subject: [Selenium-users] trouble running google-test-xmlrpc.rb

Hello,

I've been using selenium in the hta + html files format for a few months and it's helped our testing 'culture' immensely.  I just downloaded ver 0.3.0 and ran the ruby example and got "ERROR: Result queue was empty" errors consistently:  When running directly from the example file, it looks as though it reaches the google page, but returns that error when entering the search (3rd step).  When inputting the instructions directly into irb, it fails immediately on the open instruction.

Our situation requires that we test our web application remotely - which is why I am investigating the selenium server method now.

Any help would be great.  Thanks, Tony
