My though : I think you'd better place yourself into a context where you
won't have this alert (have the certificate into IE trusted
certificates). You are not testing IE but your application. This is not
part of your app but IE.
Whenever you would like to click, I hope it's impossible to click the
button via javascript (as it would be a tragic security issue).
