I'm aware of the fact that the time of creation shouldn't have any influence, but I just don't understand what's going on, and that was my observation. To make sure I didn't make a mistake in the update process, I now created a completely new Wiki on a different server, but with the same versions as I use on the server I initially had the trouble, and I can reproduce it. I'm still not sure why some Form+Template combinations in my other (not publicly accessible) Wiki still work.
