A simple thing: I'd like to be able to tell Drilldown to not show any
filters at first. If you look at
http://www.epsa-projects.eu/index.php?title=Special:BrowseData&_cat=Projects&_single
you can see that due to the high number of metadata the page looks
quite crowded. I'd rather have all filters to be closed at first and
users clicking on the black triangle to open the ones they are
interested in. The best thing would be to add a value for each filter
(open or closed) as an initial setting.

Then I'd like to be able to customize the text on the page (e.g.
"Projects - Click on one or more items below to narrow your results.).

Displaying results in various output formats (Google Map, Timeline,
etc.) would of course be nice, too.
