I don't believe autocompletion is supported for URI properties. There hasn't
been a need for it, because URIs tend to be unique, which means that the
chance that you'd want to use previously-entered values to help with entry
is small.

In your case, what does a value like "http://CDS"; (one of the values for
your property) mean? It's obviously not a valid HTTP address.
