Hi! Though I know no such implementations I've tried to implement some quite sophisticated functionality using Semantic Forms and came to a conclusion that SF and MediaWiki in general are no replacement for the "normal" programming languages being used for web development so far.
MediaWiki has not been designed with executable page content in mind (though it is actually possible with Variables and ParserFunctions extensions). Just think that it's a language with an interpreter written in PHP.
