Are you talking about displaying one value in the form, and another on the
page created? Or one value in the page created, and another in the semantic
data? Neither one is possible, although if it's the second one, it's
possible to have a workaround, using either #ifeq statements or an extension
like SMW or External Data. If it's the first, it might make sense for SF to
allow it in some way.
