I just gave it a try - but wasn't very successful. Semantic Forms' routines
don't even get called, Special:Call just renders the Form:Page as if it was a
usual page. I think for this to work, Semantic Forms must be modified. Maybe
some of the code used in the Call extension could be built into SF, so that
arbitrary parameters (like SourceLanguage=ENG appended to the query_string)
can be used in the form as if they were parameters for a template (like
{{{SourceLanguage}}})?
This would also enable SF users to conditionally change certain aspects of a
form.
Example: You could pass a parameter DisableLanguageBlock=Yes/No and then put a
part of the form (the "Language block") inside an
{{ #ifeq: {{{DisableLanguageBlock|}}} | No | ... }}.
