I understand that there probably aren't many wiki's being used in the fashion I'm using this one. That being said, here is my chooser usage: http://defhoboz.biz/w/index.php?title=Hello!&action=formedit<http://defhoboz.biz/w/index.php?title=Hello%21&action=formedit> Near the bottom of the page under "extra skills", and also under "wizard familiar"
I would welcome a change that still enabled dynamic templates in a more structured way. The way they currently exist, there isn't an easy way of adding new information to a page that doesn't already have a slot for it, without using choosers in some fashion. Another thing is that I would love to be able to add a template inside of another template using the choosers, to mesh better with existing content on the page and not look so obviously separate from other content on the page. I realize that is another discussion though. -Brendan On Wed, May 13, 2009 at 1:31 PM, Yaron Koren <[email protected]> wrote: > Joshua - well, that's one vote, although it would be more persuasive if you > were actually using it. :) > > Patrick - I agree that better handling of the tabs would be nice, although > it's technically tricky, since what you're trying to create is the illusion > that tabs are well-integrated into the forms, and that the tabs in the forms > are the same as the tabs in the pages. > > raduk - that would be nice in theory, although mixing templates in with one > another makes later parsing very difficult. > > -Yaron > > > > On Wed, May 13, 2009 at 4:05 AM, raduk <[email protected]> wrote: > >> >> Hi, >> >> I think this would become a very useful feature if you would change a >> bit its functionality. >> Namely, to add the template selected in the dropdown list at the end >> of the already added templates. >> This way I think it would become useful and would make sense keeping >> it. >> >> raduk >> >> >> >> >> > > > > --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Semantic Forms" group.
