When doing an edit on our metavid.org site the following query takes up to 70 seconds: INSERT /* SMW::makeSMWPageID */ INTO `smw_ids` ( smw_id, smw_title, smw_namespace, after it runs it only takes a fraction of a second to insert the next edit you do.
