SMW still contains code for using the RAP (RDF API for PHP) store as a 
backend. This is mostly a proof of concept, and RAP now no longer seems to be 
maintained anyway. Is anybody actually using RAP with SMW?

If not, I will probably just remove the code from the distribution (it could 
still be found online to guide future implementations of RDF storage bindings, 
but it need not be part of SMW's code).
