This minor update in the the 1.5 series is mainly meant to close bugs, extend
translations, and improve general code structure. But it also includes some
feature extensions:
* there is a new query comparator "!~" that is like a "not ~", i.e. that

until extension updates are available. Users of Semantic Maps should also
upgrade this extension now since some functions have been moved from SMW.
