Of relevance to this community is the fact that there is an ongoing
effort - the Purple Semantic MediaWiki (PSMW) Project -  by some
members of this community, to develop the psmw 2.0 (Purple Semantic
MediaWiki) platform, and a content rich instance of it, by migrating
and enhancing the existing OntologWiki content - ref. details at:

We invite anyone who is interested to contribute to come join us

We are pleased to announce the immediate availability of PMWX v1.6.01

>From the end user perspective, purple number rendering in the latest
version 1.6.x is very similar to the previous releases (v0.9.x ). This
new PMWX release is an HID implementation, and comprises mainly of bug
fixes and enhancements that provide the wiki administrator with
greater flexibility in configuring the Purple MediaWiki extension.
