Dear all, SMWCon 2012 in Cologne is approaching quickly [1]. Hot topics this time will be Wikidata (and its relationship with SMW), performance and search, but also some very interesting new applications of SMW. We will also have a rare local concentration of SMW developers to discuss current developments with.
In the best tradition of SMWCons, we are still in the process of finalising the program (it will probably be really final only after the event). However, it is a good time *now* to announce your presentation plans to help planning. If you did not announce your talk on the SMWCon page yet, you can also drop us an email right away. We welcome contributions about all things SMW, including applications, extensions, experiences, and services (possibly commercial). There will be a lightning talk session for super short presentations. Due to the generous support from our host GESIS, registration fees could be kept very low this time (note that a lot of food is included), and Cologne is very easy to reach (e.g., from Frankfurt airport).
