MW's new action "info" displays a page of structured information about
an article. SMW currently shows its factbox on both the article's page
and its "info" page. When __NOFACTBOX__ is specified for a page, the SMW
factbox is shown on neither page. I think this is inconsistent with the
intent/evolution of the "info" action.
I propose that
1. __NOFACTBOX__ controls the factbox display on the article page only
2. The factbox is always shown on "info" pages - no setting can turn it off
