for me its the opposite... JB_PLAYOUT does PLC for every few seconds for
half a second, and ADAPTIVE_PLAYOUT works without any problems, even
with quite some kitter on the other link. So I think I will make it
ADAPTIVE_PLAYOUT by default, maybe we could add configuration later.
I attach the cleaned up version, including added readme file and Makefile.
Can be dropped directly into apps or examples dirs.
ok. with your permission I will fix some problem when the calle leg does
not get established.

you need to set ADAPTIVE_PLAYOUT or JB_PLAYOUT in both caller and callee
session.
