I have added that conditionally if sip4's version is >= 4.9.1.
SipForceConvertTo has appeared somewhere between 4.7.6 (lenny) and
4.9.1 (squeeze) versions. I could test it only on etch (4.4.5) though.
I think after 4.5 the individual classes disappeared from the header
exposed files, so it might still not work on lenny.
