load tests i do often with the standard UAC scenario, e.g:
sipp -sn uac -i 192.168.5.105 -s 35 -d 1000 -r 200 192.168.1.106:5080
(substitute IP adresses and ports), or if you need you dump the UAC
script (sipp -sd uac >my_uac.xml) and e.g. add some headers.
