I've noticed, that the SEMS sends regular UPDATE requests (once per
minute) towards the Cisco-Gateway; but no re-invites towards the
Asterisk (only once). After 120 seconds (or similar) the call is
just ftr: turned out to be a bug in asterisk; even if SST disabled it
sends Session-Expires: 120;refresher=uas in the answer to the first
reinvite from SEMS, but then doesn't do refresh itself.
