We are reorganizing the SenseClusters web interface somewhat to better reflect constraints between various options. Some of the changes we have incorporated are shown below, and work continues. Please feel free to check out the web interface and let us know what you think!

Similarity function is cosine or correlation (modified discriminate.pl and updated cvs.) III] The following clustering criterion functions (crfun) can only be used if clustering method (clmethod) is agglomerative 1. slink 2. wslink 3. clink 4. wclink 5. upgma IV] Clustering method (clmethod) - Partitional biased Agglomerative clustering (bagglo) available only for vector space.
