I am not aware of anyone doing this, but it seems that if you are using
Cygwin it should at least be possible. The big questions marks would
be SVDPACKC and Cluto. SVDPACKC is a C program that needs to be compiled,
and I assume that would work ok on Cygwin. Cluto is distributed in an
executable form, and only for Solaris and Linux, I think. So it's not
clear to me if those would run on Cygwin.

You may want to see how far you can get with the web interface. That
should run on Windows just fine, and you can do nearly everything you can
do with your own local installation.

In any case, I hope this is helpful. We run Senseclusters on Linux and
Solaris, so that really is our range of experience. And it works great
on these platforms. :)
