I am positive that the differences you have observed are due to the
addition of a preprocessing step that has been done in version 0.71
Could you please send us few more details so that we can do a detailed
investigation of this matter :)
- the experimental setup that you used
- your previous and latest results (preferably the tar file that you may
have downloaded)
- and your data
