Greetings all, I just wanted to let you know that if you use the web interface right now, the pdf files that are generated to display the plots created during the use of the cluster stopping measures of the criterion functions versus the number of clusters (referred to as PK2 versus m, IC versus m, etc...) are turning out to be empty files. So, the pdf files are being created, but they are empty.
I suspect this is related to our move from Fedora Core to Ubuntu in our web server, in that some of the utility software we use such as dvips, gnuplot, .. may have some different standard settings that we need to tinker with a bit to get this working. Please note that the only problem is with the generation of these plots, the cluster stopping techniques are working just fine. Otherwise, the web interface appears to be functioning just as before (except that it's now a bit faster, given the move from 3 GB to 12 GB of RAM).
