Thank you very much for the quick reply!
I tried run the tests, and they run successfully. However, when I try the
command with --token option, it still cannot work.
I type in the command: perl discriminate.pl samples/Data/begin.v-test.xml
--token samples/Regexs/token.regex
And the output is:
defined(@array) is deprecated at /usr/local/bin/preprocess.pl line 1285.
(Maybe you should just omit the defined()?)

File samples/Data/begin.v-test.xml.pro exists! Overwrite (Y/N)? Y
sh: vcluster: command not found
ERROR(format_clusters.pl):
Cluster solution file <expr1383619046.cluster_solution> does
not exist.
Error while formatting clusters.
Could you please help me figure out what is going wrong?
