Guys, while I am redoing the TB and stuff, I pulled the intake manifold off,
injectors and stuff. I am sending my intake out to Extrude hone. Whats nice
is that my boss knows the manager at the Irwin location near my house, so I
am getting the thing done for $275.00. I don't know if it will make a
difference, but I figured if I go turbo, the added smoothness will accelerate
the air into the head. Once I get it back and the SER TB is installed also,
I will run the car at the track and see what I get.
Mike K, any thoughts on extrude honing. I know I saw and
article about this on the 200sx and it only made a few HP, but since its not
too much money, I did it.
