I've painted some of the plastic molding pieces on mine last year, and it's
still holding up fine today. What I did was first, use Wax & Grease Remover
to clean the pieces real good, then spray them with Adhesion Promoter, then
give them a couple of good, even coats of paint. They should hold up fine.
Oh yeah, I used common Krylon paint from Wal-Mart.
