Intake, exhaust or both? Thanks for the quick answer, BTW. I think there's
probably one or two wrecked cars in my area that have the engines intact; I
might have to buy the whole motor. If I do, it's likely I could get the
manifolds for just a little extra. But if I can get just the head I still
need to know. Also is there anything more desirable about the '95 and up
GA16DE block?

The head will fit and you will benifit from inproved
intake ports and bigger intake valves. However you do
need to run the 95 manifold also.
