This very thing happened to a friend on mine who lives in San Bernardino
Calif.
the cop said almost the same thing to him, later he went to the local Police
station and filled a complaint and spoke to the chief of Police it took about
2 weeks for every thing to be checked out and the cop who did the threatening
to take my friend to jail was put on a two week suspension with out pay
because the cop was over stepping his boundaries
