SML-NON-P: GA16DNE Problem

I have a rare problem with my 98' Sentra, Some times when the car stops and the engine 
goes to minimum, the rpm goes down under 400 by 1 or 2 secs then the ECU I presume 
accelerate it over 1000rpm and then goes down again doing it still I shutdown the car. 
Some mechanic told me that maybe is some sensor called IAAC.
