I have a 93 XE with 200K on it and I just overheated on me yesterday. I am
now pissing water from the water pump which I replaced 6 months ago with a
new Nissan unit. It looks like that water is not coming from the pump but
from the cyl. head on that side. I am also loosing 2 qts of oil per tank
full of gas from behind the main pulley (from the crank?)
Are these signs of a blown head gasket? Or is my water pump and crank bad?
Any thoughts on this would be nice. Also what do u think repair costs whould
run and could it be done my a monkey over a weekend.
Any help would be great.
