Liang,
It depends on what you use it for. Oil temp would be good for the drag strip
so you have a little more information for how hot the internals are. The
pressure is good for safety of the engine. If something blows, you may be
able to shut it down and minimize other damages to the engine if you're
paying attention to the gauges.
