Some of you guys just talk alot of crap.
My old nissan 92 XE did 127 mph before the limiter kicked in and I did it 
over and over again.  I now have a 200 sx GTiR thats right a pulsar
motor in my 200sx runs high 12s with stock turbo at 18psi
