Actually, I'd say that JVC's are pretty good head units. I myself have a
KD-SX850, and pretty cheap (I got it online instead of somewhere like best
buy) considering all the hookups it has. The head unit I had before this
current one wasn't bad JVC either...so keep your options open to JVC's
