Hey All,
I have this stuff that I bought from Discount Auto Parts that works
really well on adhesives. It's made by 3M. It's in a blue and black can
and I think it's called tar and adhesive remover. It costs about $6.99 per
can but it's totally worth it. I used to have a Nissan pickup and when
washing it at a do-it-yourself carwash, the powersprayer took off the
striping on both sides leaving just the adhesive. I went through 2 1/2
bottles of that orange scented stuff and only got half of one side done. It
took 3 hours just to get that much done. A friend let me use some of his 3M
spray and it took about 15 minutes and a quarter of the can to finish both
sides. This stuff really gets the job done. Has anyone else used it? I
hope this can help you....
